How I bake my soft vanilla cakes for orders | பஞ்சு போல் வெண்ணிலா கேக் | layering cakes
In this video I have shared the recipe which I use for baking for my orders. I have also shared a trick for layering cakes evenly.
My cup is 200 ml.
Ingredients: ( 275 grams of vanilla cake)
maida: 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp
baking powder: 1/2 tsp
baking soda : 1/8 tsp
eggs: 2
vanilla essence : 2 tsp
powdered sugar : 1/2 cup
melted butter: 2 tbsp
milk: 1/4 cup
