Before she was diagnosed, Jude was a very active person who exercised daily. However, when she discovered she had bronchiectasis, she had to fight to get her old life back. Jude worked with her health care professionals to devise her own fitness and nutritional regime.

In this film, Jude tells us of her experiences living with the lung condition, bronchiectasis. Bronchiectasis is a longterm condition that affects the airways in your lungs. Through regular exercise and physiotherapy, Jude was able to claim some of her old life back.
