Cutting a large old growth white fir that is too big for my bar. The 32 inch bar on my chainsaw is not long enough to go through this tree. I show an easy way to double cut a large tree with a short bar. There are several techniques for doing this, I think this one is the most simple. The chainsaw is a Stihl MS462 with square filed full skip chain.
