In this speed build video, I demonstrated how I made the Amati Greek Bireme 1/35 scale.

A fast, maneuverable battleship, the bireme was manned by 44 oarsmen working on two banks of oars. The pointed keel was an effective weapon for ramming enemy vessels in closequarter battles and boarding.
