In this video, I demonstrate how I use the Lifestraw 650ml peak series collapsible water bottle filter. I also show an alternative method to purify water with Aquatabs.
I normally carry the lifestraw if I know I'll be filtering any water while camping, backpacking, or hiking. Carrying less water means a lighter pack and an easier hike.
I also always include a few aquatab water purification tabelts in my first aid kit as a backup system.
