Hey friends in this video I'm going to discuss how I got a 4.0 GPA in college using cognitive loading techniques. If you've been searching for study strategies on youtube you've probably heard of active recall and spaced repetition. While there's no denying that active recall and spaced repetition are good ways to reinforced alreadylearned information, they do not address the fundamental principal of developing a deep understanding to begin with.

To engage with your course material in a way that promotes a deeper understanding, thus better grades, it is necessary to link new information to existing memory structures. In this video, I will show you exactly how I went about developing these memory structures by maximizing germane cognitive load.

Enjoy :)
