Lucy talks through all the possible factors that led to her injury although it can't be pinned on one thing, in hindsight there are probably a few things that led to the eventual break in the bone.
This is actually a really common injury in athletes, especially for females, and those who come from a swimming background! So please do consider preventative measures, as you may be at risk too!
