When I put the new roof on the old mobile home renovation project some significant changes were made that affected the attic ventilation. It is very important that the attic space is properly ventilated. Proper attic ventilation helps to keep the attic space, and the home, cooler in the hot summer months. More importantly, proper ventilation helps to expel warm most air that can accumulate in the space during the colder winter months.
