Tips for Massage Therapists working at a Franchise:   / 1834947013392734

When I'm interviewing new massage clients, I see it as an opportunity to set the tone for the possibly yearslong therapeutic relationship ahead. While I try to give as much of this information as possible to clients beforehand (via my website, Facebook page, videos, etc), I think it's okay to repeat myself and reemphasize the most important points.

Really, even if you forget something or stumble over a line or two (I always do!), the most important thing is to take the time. A 3 minute client intake can be much more impactful than a 30 second checkin. It gives you and your client time to give and receive more information, and it sets you up for having open lines of communication in the future.

Let me know what you think, and what you'd like to see next!
