If you intend to actually make something like this using this dumb strategy, there is an incredible amount of nuance to do with reducing artifacts, including but not limited to the fact that maps protrude outwards by 1 pixel, and thus have to be accounted for. Please just find me on discord and I can talk about all the important bits and bobs to account for before trying this.

Texture Pack Details:
