The internet is pretty freaking cool and it has opened up opportunities to do creative things, share them with a larger audience than ever before, and even make money doing those creative things. This is my experience with making money through photography, blogging, and freelancing.

Before I started YouTube I didn't really understand HOW YouTubers actually made money so being the data nerd I am, I prepared some numbers and bar graphs and pie charts to shed some light on how all this works.

The purpose of this video is to inspire you to create something of your own. You don't have to have a "passion" yet, just pursue whatever interests you and see where it takes you. At the very least, you'll pick up some skills, and maybe you'll even be able to design your own career. I always say if I could give any advice to my younger self I would say "start YouTube earlier!!! stop procrastinating or telling yourself you're not good enough and just start!!"
