Many of you know I passed the A2 Portuguese language exam last June. (Woohoo!) For those interested, after five years of living with a temporary residence permit, you can apply for a #permanentresidence permit and one or two years later you can apply for Portuguese citizenship... but first, you have to pass the language exam!
Portugal requires a certificate to show you are proficient at A2 level Portuguese or higher. (You don't need to take the language test to get temporary residency in Portugal; only if you're applying for citizenship or permanent residency).
In this video, I show you how I studied and passed the A2 exam and even if you don’t care about this particular exam, these are good tips for anyone trying to learn any new language!

If you would like my A2 practice exam, please email me at: [email protected]
I've also recently written this book: BemVindo! Why Move to Portugal. The Ultimate Guide for American Expats: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DJL4BGRF/...
Good luck (boa sorte) with new language learning!
I want to hear from you! And please like and subscribe! Beijinhos!
