My name is Ryan Lecour and my passion is building 7 and 8 figure staffing & recruiting businesses that launch, scale, grow and sell with blazing speed.

Staffing & recruiting is an AMAZING business to get into because it is low risk and a great way to kickoff your entrepreneurial journey. If you are willing to COMMIT, there’s no reason for why you cannot be successful. All you need are your brain, your vocal chords and some good old fashioned FOCUS.

Learning from the mistakes that I already made doesn’t hurt either.

I started in 2011 at a small midtown Toronto firm where I was mentored by a perennial MILLION dollar biller (that’s rare) it was an eyeopening experience and I learned as much as I could.

Then I took these lessons and became the top biller at the world's largest recruiting agency within my first 2 months.

Fastforward to 2014 where I started my own agency that scaled to 7 figures in 7 months and 3 brick and mortar locations in 1 year. It was a wild ride!

Then I put processes, systems and managers in place and traveled with my wife and kids while the business kept growing. In 2016 I had larger agencies submitting offers to buy my business and had a successful exit that same year.

Since then my wife Monika and I have been helping others launch, scale and grow through sevenfigurestaffing.com. It’s been a thrill and we absolutely love watching new entrepreneurs leave their 95s once they start generating massive revenue in a few short months.
