Hey, my name is Leif Arnesen. I’m the cofounder and CEO of The Vegan Gym, and I’ve been an ethical vegan since May 2014.

This video is Episode 4 of a new series documenting my personal health and fitness journey. My goal with this series is to prove with data and 100% transparency that you can be super healthy and fit as a vegan!
