How I Train Upper Body

Lately I've been doing a lot of this PUMP 40 format to use supersets and powerful movement combos to get a lot of work done in a short amount of time. Today I also mixed in a little conditioning work to get my heart rate up, blood flowing, and help get better quality out of my sets.
