This is the story of how I first knew something was wrong/that I was sick and how my doctors determined what illness I had. It turned out to be Sjogren's Syndrome, an autoimmune disease that affects up to 4 million people in the US, mostly women. I was diagnosed three years ago this month, when I was 20.
