How is the torque wrench used in implant-supported prostheses? Otherwise what to do?

In fixed prostheses above the implant, the abutment and the implant must be torqued at a certain newton value. There is a possibility of screw loosening in the torques applied under this force. There is a risk of fracture in the screw if the torque is lubricated at a very high value. Torque wrenches are used to avoid such problems. Based on the force values on the torque wrenches, the abutments are combined with the implants. In case the torque wrench is not available for any reason, if the patient is unable to come to your clinic again, I also explain in the video how to torque without a torque wrench. This method should be used if it is in a very difficult situation. As long as there is a torque wrench, the use of this method will create risks. Enjoy watching.
