Lots to do this morning. Between answering the phone, taking down messages, and transferring calls, I am also trying to process my paperwork. It's hard to keep my place when the phone keeps interrupting me. But I guess that's my job!

Soft spoken voice throughout while on the phone and interacting with employees walking by. You'll hear me dialing the rotary phone, occasional gentle ringing, hold buttons being pressed, and dial tones. Also lots of paper sounds, crinkles, page turning, a creaky old manual, waterdamaged pages, and writing with purpose. And everybody's favorite metal notepad is back!
