How much weight did I lose after a month of fasting? - 30 day fast results

Here are my 30 day fast weight loss results. I just finished a full 30 days of fasting! I could have stuck more to water only instead of drinking mixins and diet soda, but I had incredible weight loss considering I already lost 150 pounds before I started!
