After being forced to close in 2020, owner Luis Skibar reopened Old John’s Luncheonette in NYC with a focus on modernizing the oldfashioned diner concept. Old John’s is one of the oldest diners in the city, and serves dishes like roasted short rib, tuna melt sandwiches, apple cinnamon pancakes, and more diner classics.
