How Paul Finished a 125k Race After 3 DNFs | The Balanced Runner™

In 20212, Paul had to DNF 3 ultras, and afterwards couldn’t run more than 12k because of ITB pain. In 2023 he finished a 50k, an 80k, and to his surprise even a 125k race feeling good. Here’s how he did it, changing his running form with help from Jae Gruenke of The Balanced Runner.
