How to Actually Listen to Your Intuition

So many naturally intuitive people know they get solid information from their intuition. They even notice it when it shows up, but then they either don’t act on it or they push it away. Why? Because they don’t trust it. Hundreds of intuitive people (INFJ personality types and INFP personality types) have this problem. They get a feeling about something. They just “know” what is going to happen. They might see an image in their mind, have a vivid dream, or hear their inner voice warning them about something. Many times, the intuition gets louder when they ignore it, but still, the person pushes it away.

The big reason we do this is because of anxiety. Most people in society are in a constant state of anxiety. High anxiety and anxiety disorder are so prevalent that, for many people, it feels like a normal condition. And so, most of us make decisions from a place of anxiety. When we live from a place of anxiety, we habitually overthink things and want to know for certain if something will work, before we do it. We also want lots and lots of reassurance, and it’s still not enough. We tend to look outside of ourselves for approval. We may even get more deeply entrenched in the left brain—logic, reason, being rational—and cut ourselves off from the right brain—the place where we can access intuition.

So, how do we actually start listening to our intuition? Tune into the video to learn how to do this, and start listening to your own intuition and the messages it is trying to send you.
