Last week we looked at how shadows help us create the illusion of form in still life. This week we will look at the same thing but in the landscape. I'll go through several steps, photo reference, a one minute demo of my thumbnail or roadmap, a more finished drawing, a 20 sec timelapse of my blocking the painting, quite big at 36 x 60, and then a photo of the finished block in. Still lots of work to do to finish the painting but the foundation is laid.
