In this video, I will show you how to easily add a plus sign (+) before positive numbers in Excel.

By default, when you add a plus sign before a number, Excel would remove it (as it considers it redundant). But in some cases, you may actually need the plus sign for example, when you're entering numbers with country code.

This can easily be done using a simple conditional formatting trick.
