Here is the proper way to adjust the valves on a 4cycle Troy Bilt trimmer. This particular model is a TB635EC, however the valve adjustment procedure will be the same across all models. This process should be done after the first 10 hours of operation and then every 25 hours thereafter. The manufactures specifications for the valves should be .003".006"in.
