Here I'll go over the workflow I used on a fastpaced show with a very high quota. With shows like these, it's not about making every moment look its best, it's about getting the necessary information there as quickly as possible before moving on to the next shot.

I hope this goes without saying, but the shot I create in this demo is obviously not a testament to my current skills, it's just a little thing I threw together in a matter of hours to use as a demonstration in this video.
