Avoiding injury & pain is a goal we all share. If you are training calisthenics, bodybuilding, powerlifting or crossfit, the same rules apply. Injury prevention is easy in theory, simply apply progressive overload, listen to your body and use sound exercise technique. Apply these concepts in practice and overuse injuries such as tendinitis, tendinopathy and acute muscle tears are less likely to happen.
