HOW TO AVOID PIRIFORMIS PAIN (Deep Gluteal Pain When Exercising)

Piriformis syndrome is the name used to reference deep gluteal pain that affects a deep hip rotator, the piriformis muscle. This pain is incredibly frustrating and painful.
In this video, I want to give you a few powerful tips to help you strengthen your glutes, and engage in exercise without triggering piriformis or deep glute pain.
Avoiding exercise is not a solution to not get piriformis pain. Exercise is very important and strengthening the gluteus medius and the gluteus maximus are things you should be doing to stabilize and support the pelvis.
However, for many people, as soon as they start to work the gluteus, the piriformis starts to compensate and this leads to a flareup or days of pain. Make sure to watch the video to get all the tips. And most importantly, apply the tips into your exercise routine so you can enjoy working out and training your glutes with minimum piriformis compensation.
