I hope you enjoyed baking this cake with me. Tres leches cake, or "three milks cake," is a popular dessert in many Latin American countries and regions. This is our recent obsession, it's one of the most delicious cake I ever tried, big thanks to my friend Nikita for making us try this cake and specially for teaching me how to bake this cake as well. Now you all can bake is delicious cake at your home too.
After discovering this cake, I also got to know that its Alia Bhatt's favourite cake too and its being trending in India by the name of Milk Cake, now you all know its called "Tres Leches" too. TRES LECHES CAKE INGREDIENTS:
►1 cup allpurpose flour
►1 1/2 tsp baking powder
►1/4 tsp salt
►5 eggs (large)
►1 cup sugar divided into 3/4 and 1/4 cups
►1 tsp vanilla extract
►1/3 cup whole milk

CAKE SYRUP:
►12 oz evaporated milk
►9 oz sweetened condensed milk (2/3 of a 14 oz can)
►1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

CAKE FROSTING:
►2 cups heavy whipping cream
►2 Tbsp granulated sugar
►1 cup berries to garnish, optional
