Nurse Precepting 101. In today’s video, I share my opinion of what makes a great nurse preceptor for both nursing students and NP students. These are some habits that I've observed in awesome preceptors that I've met or observed! I hope this helps nurse and NP preceptors if they've never precepted a student or new grad before or are wondering how they can be the best that they can be!
