When you submit a resume an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which is a software program that companies use, will use machine language and artificial intelligence to scan your resume and look for keywords to match. The software will decide to pass your resume onto a hiring manager or send you a thanks but no thanks email. I was in this position 6 months ago and figured out a simple trick on how to beat these ATS systems and get your resume to a hiring manager. For the record, I'm not selling anything or want anything.
