ADDITIONAL NOTES THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO PUT IN THE VIDEO:

Make sure you have enough VIGOR. I recommend 30 vigor at bare minimum, but preferably 4060. I play a lot of coop and I see people get one shotted all the time by weak enemies because they only have 10 vigor.

Talismans used: Green Turtle, Winged Sword Insignia, Radagon's Soreseal (can be found at Fort Faroth, it's good for low level characters like mine), and Dragoncrest Greatshield (can be found at Miquella's Haligtree; lower level versions can be found earlier at the Bestial Sanctum, Sainted Hero's Grave, and Crumbling Farum Azula).

You can stack several buffs to your damage if you want. Golden Vow can be found as an Ash of War to the east of the StrengthKnot tear. My character had Flame Grant Me Strength equipped but I didn't bother to use it. Also you can use Exalted Flesh instead of Boiled Crab if you want to maximize damage instead of protection (flesh and crab can NOT stack)
