1. Look for a licensed real estate broker.
Ito ay dahil kailangan may authorization from real estate broker para makapagapply sa Professional Regulation Commission at kailangang nagtatrabaho sa ilalim ng licensed real estate broker.

2. Get 12 units on real estate brokerage. (Now reduced to 8 units as per PBRES memorandum)

3. Get an accreditation as a real estate salesperson in PRC.
