1. Is the hotel under any construction or renovation? If so, please explain.
2. Is there any sizable construction in the neighborhood? If so, please explain.
3. Are there any security concerns in the neighborhood?
4. I am considering a stay over (insert date range), are there any large groups or wedding parties staying at the hotel during that time?
5. Are pets allowed to stay on the property? If so, what is the separation for other nonpet bringing guests?
