This stepbystep video demonstrates in detail how to build your own rc plane from scratch for less than $10. In it I also give details on purchasing electronics and flying the plane. If you are a beginner looking to get into the hobby, this is an excellent place to start. Building your first rc plane is a fun, rewarding process, and is much cheaper than buying a trainer off the shelf. The plane in this video has desirable flight characteristics for a trainer, and is very versatile.
