This setup allows you to still use the factory throttle lever and governor on the dash like normal, and also use the pedal on the floor to achieve full throttle power and RPM. First designed and built by me. Keep in mind using a throttle that bypasses the governor will allow you to rev the engine past its designed maximum RPM. I have done this for 4 years without issue on the same engine but I should warn you that overrevving the engine is risky.
