Push Ups are an exercise that everyone should learn to do! You can do them anywhere, they're a full body exercise and it builds so much confidence to be able to carry your own bodyweight.

Always modify with elevated push ups and negatives instead of knee push ups if you can. Practice your planks, and be consistent! You'll get there!
