Most modern Windows computers already have a CD/DVD burner drive install in them that allow you to make your own custom disk. You can purchase inexpensive blank disk and burn information onto them for save keeping that can be read latter using any computer with CD and/or DVD capabilities. This video describes how to purchase blank CDR or DVDR disk and save files to them using only Windows.
