In the last 7 years Chandler has done sixteen real estate transactions and he now own over 63 doors of buy and hold real estate. Of these deals, seven of them were for sale by owner deals that he went through the whole process by himself. These deals were always intimidating because Chandler didn’t have a realtor to fall back on. However, they were also the most rewarding because he was able to negotiate and close the whole deal on his own. Without a realtor and Chandler was always able to find the best deals and save a ton of money by avoiding the realtor fees and separation on the negotiation. Chandler talks about how his first deal was his favorite deal because he didn’t know what he was doing at that point. He found a listing on craigslist, negotiated the deal, and then met the seller at the title company. When Chandler showed up the agreement was already written up. He signed it and handed the title company the check and that was that.
