Over 30 years of real estate acquisitions and mortgage financing including
REOs commercialresidential investments debt restructuringshort

Originally from Passaic New Jersey Gail began restructuring loans for
friends and associates turned down by lenders due to damaged credit and
job lost. This would be a main stay in her arsenal of funding tools., but not before
traveling on the road as a jazz singer working with Jazz greats such as
legendary singer Arthur Prysock – jazz organist Jimmy McGriff and the
world famous Shirelles. After receiving her mortgage and real estate license she relocated to
Bergen county New Jersey where she opened a real estate branch office.
At that time, she aired her 1st informational radio show “Mortgage Talk” on
New Jersey’s WWDJ radio network. She has appeared as a regular guest
on the New York Bronxnet tv open forum with show host Dr. Bob Lee of
WLIB radio as well as “Ken Spider” of Sirius FM Radio.
Gail has worked with real estate developers of townhomes and
condominiums as well as 1st time homebuyers. They all receive the same
highquality and knowledgeable attention. Presently Gail has put into place an investment group for the development of affordable and esthetically appealing senior housing for ages 55 and
older. These sites are located in North Jersey. Her popular podcast “Real Talk Real Estate Matters” can be heard live on gs.radionj.com every Monday at 7:pm (E). When Gail is not working she
is writing and performing Jazz gospel music for praise and worship.
