I could never work the tailgate lock since buying my used truck, and found an offbrand replacement on Ebay for $50 vs the $120 part from Toyota. Watch and see how easy it is to replace this lock cylinder! I'm guessing this is pretty similar on many trucks, at the very least the 200206 Tundras.
