Check Cables and Connections:
Ensure that all cables are securely connected to both the PS5 and your TV or monitor. If you're using an HDMI cable, try using a different HDMI port on your TV or monitor. Test the cable itself to make sure it's not faulty.
Hard Reset:
Try performing a hard reset on your PS5 to see if it resolves the issue. To do this:
Turn off the PS5 by holding down the power button for about 10 seconds until you hear a second beep.
Unplug the power cable from the PS5 and wait for a few minutes.
Plug the power cable back in and turn on the PS5.
Boot into Safe Mode:
Booting your PS5 into Safe Mode might allow you to change the resolution settings even if you can't see the screen. Here's how:
Turn off the PS5 completely.
Press and hold the power button until you hear a second beep, indicating that the console is booting in Safe Mode.
Connect a controller to the PS5 using a USB cable.
From the Safe Mode menu, select "Change Resolution" and follow the onscreen prompts to adjust the resolution settings.
Use Another Display:
If possible, connect your PS5 to another TV or monitor to see if the issue is with the display itself.
