Most bikes that use dual rear shocks like this are the same.
And many will have the same problem.
This bike had 12,300 miles on it, and was 10 years old at the time of this video. Its a 2006 1300R.
I have another one that's 13 years old that has 12,600 miles on it that has the exact same problem. It's a 2003 1800C.
The stock rubber bushings are only good for about 10 years or 10k miles. Which ever comes first.
