How to check the starter electric cable line for Yamaha Mio Karbu, Jupiter Z, Vega Zr, Vega R, MX.
first we make sure the normal battery current is in the range of 12.5 volts DC.
The next thing we have to check is where the relay or starter bendik is, which is as follows:
1. The ash or voxy cable is used as the battery current output from the right or left brake switch and make sure it reaches the bendik or relay.
2. The blue and white wire is used as a mass or ground line that goes through the starter button and is connected to the relay or starter bedik. So the starter button is used as a liaison and breaker for the mass line that goes to the starter bedik.
3. The big red cable is the path from the battery plus and goes directly to the bendik or starter relay.
4. the big white line red wire is as a battery current path output from the bendik or starter relay that goes to the starter dynamo. Make sure the current reaches the starter dynamo.
and to find out the charcoal in the starter dynamo is still good, we just need to jumper in the big red cable socket and the red white line. If the motor is running, the charcoal is still good.
and to find out whether the starter bendik is good or not we attach the bendik, and usually if the bendik is damaged there is no sound at all or prints, but on condition that we make sure first to check the charcoal section in the starter dynamo.
