In this video I will demonstrate how I clean my AVID CNC machine. Cleaning your CNC machine is essential in maintaining accuracy. Having a regular CNC cleaning schedule will prevent any potential problems and machine breakdowns.

If your CNC manufacturer suggests a specific way to clean your machine, follow those directions. This instructional video is only a guide and demonstrates how I clean my CNC. The components on your machine may differ from those in this video. You may have ball screws, lead screws, drive belts, etc. You will need to take this into account and plan your cleaning routine accordingly.
