From the PS4 home screen, navigate to the game or application you want to delete.
Press the "Options" button on your controller.
Select "Delete" from the context menu.
Confirm the deletion by selecting "OK."
Manage Saved Data:

To free up more space, you can also delete saved data for games you no longer play. From the PS4 home screen, go to "Settings" "Storage" "System Storage."
Select "Saved Data."
Choose the game for which you want to delete saved data.
Select the saved data files you want to delete and confirm the deletion.
Delete Capture Gallery Content:

If you have a lot of screenshots and video clips saved in the Capture Gallery, you can delete some of them to free up space. From the PS4 home screen, go to "Library" "Capture Gallery."
Select the content you want to delete, press the "Options" button, and choose "Delete."
Delete Notifications and Themes:

Clear notifications that you no longer need by going to "Notifications" on the PS4 home screen, then selecting the notification and pressing the "Options" button to delete it.
If you have themes installed that you no longer use, you can go to "Settings" "Themes" and select a different theme or delete unused ones.
Rebuild Database (Advanced Option):

This step can help improve system performance and might recover some additional space. Turn off your PS4 completely (not Rest Mode), then boot it up in Safe Mode by holding the power button until you hear a second beep.
Connect your controller via USB and select "Rebuild Database" from the Safe Mode menu. This process might take some time.
