In this one I give a quick tutorial on how to clip in for a forward launch with a paraglider. Some things to note:

While my way is OBVIOUSLY the best way there is ;), there are many ways to do this correctly. The end goal is to get that wing inflated with all of your riser and brake lines routed correctly, cleared for takeoff.

When, where and with whom you train will determine how different it is from this video, but at the end of the day, find what works for you and stick with it!
