How to cook Adana kebab at home

Adana kebab
500 gr mediumfat ground beef
A tablespoon of chilli pepper
A tablespoon of ground red pepper
Two red peppers
One onion
A teaspoon of salt

For lavash
Three glasses of flour
A teaspoon of salt
A pack of instant yeast
As much as it takes water
For garnish
Three purple Onions
A pinch of parsley
One tablespoon of sumac
Green pepper

Preparation
We chop the onion and red peppers. We take the mediumfat minced meat into a mixing bowl, combine it with salt, red pepper powder and chilli peppers and mix them. Wrap it as you see it in the video and leave it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. later we load the mixture on the skewers.
Before putting it in the oven, let's prepare it immediately, we add flour, salt, yeast, water to make the dough. Then divide the dough into 13 small pieces. To keep the dough soft and moist we need to cover it. After our lavash is completed, we chop the onions finely and mix them with parsley and sumac and make them ready.
We put the chopped onions along with the peppers on the lavash. Then put Adana kebab in the middle, remove the skewer. Roll up the lavash and enjoy the delicious kebab.
