The ratio i used
Tomatoes 20%
Bell peppers, shombo / tatashe 50%
20% onion
10% habanero / scotch bonnet pepper.
Garlic & ginger ( not too much
1 tin of tomatoe paste
Shallot
Oil
Stock cube
Curry, thyme, bay leaf , cumin , white pepper & smoked paprika
If roasting , preheat oven to 450 degrees and roast for 50 minutes
