The hook is one of the most common strikes thrown in all fight sports. Today I give you a simple and effective combo to counter a hook when in the pocket. Most of the time I rely on my movement for my counters but every once in a while you may find your back to the cage or ropes. Use this counter combination to create space and put your opponent on their heels.
